British-Ghanaian female rapper Itz Tifanny’s ex-husband has spoken on their leaked sextape. He admits he took the video of the two. He admits he said during the video taping that he would put it on You Tube. He denies that he actually did publish the video.
*Sigh* What an all around mess.
Again, if you are a victim (whether the one whose sex tapes have been leaked, or the one falsely accused of leaking the tapes), you should seek legal counsel. You should also consider checking in to see a counselor because of the psychological impact this can have on you. Finally, you should definitely get law enforcement involved. Your lawyer should have the skill set of cyber law, in addition to entertainment law.
Cheers,
