First, let’s get this story straight. Tiwa Savage and Tunji ‘Tee Billz’ Balogun are co-owners of a management company called 323 Entertainment. Tiwa is also a recording artist on Don Jazzy’s Mavin records.
About a month ago, Tiwa, who is allegedly about to leave Mavin Records for Jay-Z’s Roc Nation, had a terrible public falling out with Tee Billz stemming from her marriage to him. Tee Billz who, according to Tiwa, has a mental health issue, took to instagram and went on a rant attacking Tiwa, threatening to and attempting to kill himself. In response, Tiwa granted a 45minute video interview where she informed the public that her business partner was stealing from 323 so as a result, she fired him.
Prior to the termination and the breakdown of business relationships, Tee Billz signed an artist called CDQ, in behalf of the company, to an artist management deal. Therefore, now that we all know that Tiwa fired Tee Billz and that Tiwa calls the shots, why is CDQ not dealing with the boss, Tiwa? Why attempt to call Tee Billz? Also, has Tiwa not taken the initiative to handle the business affairs of 323; and to deal with CDQ’s management contract? What type of “walking out” or “parting ways” is this?

Here is what CDQ had to say in an interview with Hip-TV about leaving 323:
“About me and Teebillz, I mean, Me and Teebillz are still good. Still cool, we are family. But I’m straight like that, I am real.
“I have not been able to talk to him for a very long time since the incident that happened.
“I tried to message him but it wasn’t going through and everything. So I had to move on with my life, you know. I mean, I’ve got ambition that I’m chasing, so for no reason would I allow anything to lock that down.
“I am a goal getter and I can’t allow anything to slow me down. So that’s it! Me and Teebillz are still cool, we are still family.
“Anytime we see, we would still holla, but at least, I’m a street guy, I have got to move, gotta move, gotta move.
“That is what matters the most. My career comes first before anything else,” he added.
